Additional Classes

Tumbling

Tumbling is an incredibly important part of All-Star Cheerleading and we recommend that all athletes supplement their weekly training with a semi-private tumble class.

Unity Allstars run a very comprehensive tumble programme. Our classes are structured to meet the needs of our individual athletes in both age and level. In our new facility, we will be offering even smaller class sizes to maximise learning!

Tumbling Privates

We have multiple coaches who are able to offer private tumble lessons to athletes.

Privates are £20 per person per half hour session.

All privates are at the coaches discretion and they have the right to select athletes as they so wish. Coaches may also offer privates to small groups of 2 or 3 athletes.

Privates are bookable and payable through our online system SimplyBook.

Flight School

These classes are a must for all flyers within the Unity Allstars programme and for those who are interested in becoming flyers! Flight School focuses on improving flexibility and stability, to better condition the athletes' bodes in order to enhance their skills in the air.

These classes run regularly throughout the week.

Next Gen

Next Gen is designed specifically for the current flyers within Unity Allstars. Flyers enrolled will work with level 5 stunt groups to gain valuable experience and progress beyond their current skill set.

They will spend 45-60 minutes flying on some of our gym's best bases. Similar to a flying private, Next Gen is both exciting and rewarding.

“My daughter Mekhayla really enjoys tumble classes at Unity especially because you can sign up to the class for the skill you are currently working on. The coaches are great and Mekhayla has gained so many new skills this season alone from level 2 to even some level 5 skills and she's only 8! I put this down to the coaches being some of the very best the sport has to offer, coaches who are passionate, determined, focused but most of all supportive of all their athletes!.”
